Procedure: Pour the yogurt, seed oil into a bowl of sunflower and whole milk (room temperature), beat for a few minutes with a hand whisk, mixing everything well. Add the chopped hazelnuts, mix well, immediately after the flour and baking powder for sifted cakes, mix well for a few minutes trying not to make lumps. Wash and dry the apple, peel it and cut it into small pieces and pour it into the bowl. Mix well and set aside. Lightly flour a donut mold with a diameter of 20-22 cm, pour the mixture, beat lightly In this case no air pockets will form on the table. If you want add a few handfuls of chopped hazelnuts. Cook in a hot oven at 170° for approximately 35-40 minutes, static mode.

At the end of cooking, test with a toothpick if it is dry, the donut is ready, otherwise continue cooking for a few more minutes. Once cooked, let it cool, then transfer to a serving dish, decorate with icing sugar, cut into slices and serve.

Hi @wolfplayzor

I see this is your first time posting in the community, maybe that's why you're not familiar with it. You see, below I will make some suggestions so that you can present better posts in the future:

  • First of all, it is necessary for the vegan family to know you, so, in your next posts, you must come out making your recipes, by this we mean that we want to see your face.

  • On the other hand, just as you were asked yesterday, in the post you published in the Foodies Bee Hive community, that you should develop your recipes more, with a better explained step by step, in photos and text, here it is the same, you must develop your recipe further.

To guide you properly, I suggest you read the following posts. Thank you.
