Hello friends, welcome to my vlog today. Today was a school holiday because it was raining heavily. Holidays were given in schools and colleges. Roads were also closed due to extremely heavy rains. At such times there is no option but leave. So today I was at home. Today I felt like eating something. So I thought of making samosas. Do not eat outside food during monsoon. Eating outside can also make you sick so I thought of making samosas at home. During the rains, one feels more inclined to eat such a thing. So I prepared the ingredients to make samosas. I took potatoes, green chillies, onion and lemon too. Cut it all out. Then I took the mela and put oil in it, tried it and added salt as per taste. Then took water and kneaded the flour. Then I took oil in a pan and added garlic paste. Then add green march and onion. Let it cook for a while and then add the spices. After everything was roasted I added the boiled potatoes. Mix well and finally add green coriander. Adding coriander makes the test better. Thus the samosa masala is ready. Then I made a loaf out of the dough I had kneaded and cut it in the middle. Then, after adding water to the side, filled the spices in between and rolled the samosa into a soup. Thus all the samosas are made. Then took oil in a pan and fried the samosas in it. The hot samosas were ready.
