You can see that this sugarcane is kept in the form of a very large stock and its juice is extracted and heated in a large pan and after heating it, a spoon is continuously stirred in it so that it does not burn and in this way this jaggery is divided into small pieces from a liquid.
In the picture, you can see that there is a sugarcane juice extraction machine from which the pure sugarcane juice is extracted and stored in a large drum and then it is boiled in a pan on a hot fire and when it thickens, it is then placed in a wooden spoon and shuffled continuously so that it does not stick and it returns to its original state.
Friends, you can see that there are a lot of sugarcane pieces and peels here, because sugarcane is used for many other things, such as drinking sugarcane juice, which cools the stomach, and in this way, its jaggery is also made, and its sugar is also made.
You can see in this picture that there is a laborer who is continuously working and he works with his honesty and it is very famous in our area and people use it for their home use. I am also taking it for my children today.
With this, you can see that before the process of jaggery, the sugarcane juice is heated in a fire to prepare a thick substance which is eaten with roti or bread, which is called kukku in our language.
This kukku is like honey and is very delicious to eat.
