You are very right about that - humans will not leave comfort unless it is almost late. And in general, humans tend to avoid thinking long-term... It is great that you achieved having an organic diet in your area, it indeed is more expensive (not that the non-organic food is cheap at all) but here I also see those organic products come wrapped in plastic packaging 🤦‍♀
