Hello, friends. Several days ago I had some red pears in the house and I intended to make a juice with some of them, so I should hurry.
Yesterday was the day, as I almost ran out of pears, because at home we all like to eat it in fruit form. I had never tried to make pear juice before. Since they don't last long at home because we eat them.
But this time I wanted to go a little further. I decided to try something different and mix pears with something exotic. So I was willing to innovate with pear and passion fruit. I wanted to see what happened when you put those two exotic fruits together.

Recipe:
- 3 medium pears
- 1 passion fruit
- 3/4 cup sugar (about 150 grams or so)
- 1 liter of water
I decided to use only one passion fruit because its flavor is quite strong and I didn't want to overpower the taste of the pear.

First, I washed the pears well and cut them into small pieces, discarding the seeds. Then, I added the passion fruit pulp, the sugar and the liter of water. I put it all in the blender and blended it for about 25 seconds. Then, I strained the mixture to remove any residue and obtained about 1,300 grams of this delicious cocktail.
I poured some into a glass and added a slice of lemon for a visual touch. But the most important thing was the taste. I don't know how to explain it in words, but it is something like a mix between pineapple and guava, a taste difficult to explain, but absolutely delicious. I was pleasantly surprised, I thought it was going to be a disaster, but I was wrong. The flavor is spectacular. Do not hesitate to try this flavor mix, you will not regret it.
