Hello, friends. Today I decided to make passion fruit juice, also known as maracuyá. I have a plant in the backyard filled with these delicious fruits, and it was time to harvest them since they were fully ripe. I gathered them all, and with the majority of maracuyás that I won't use today, I'll extract their pulp and store it in the fridge for later occasions. Making this juice is very simple:

The process was quite easy. I cut the passion fruits in half and scooped out the pulp with a spoon. Then, I placed this pulp in the blender. Subsequently, I added the sugar and a liter of water. I blended for about 12 seconds, enough to dissolve the ingredients. Afterward, I strained it to remove the waste, obtaining about 1,250 liters of this excellent juice.

To make it refreshing, I added some ice cubes. Additionally, for a visual and sophisticated touch, I decided to garnish my glass with a lemon slice. It looks quite elegant. Now, the passion fruit juice was ready to be enjoyed.
The combination of the sweet and tart flavors of the passion fruit with the refreshing touch of ice was simply perfect. Although my assessment is not very critical, as it is one of my favorite juices along with pineapple and custard apple.
My experience making and enjoying this passion fruit juice was incredible. I will definitely make it again and experiment with other fruits to create unique combinations, and of course, I will share them with you. Who would have thought that something so simple could be so delicious? Don't miss the opportunity and plant a tree so you can have passion fruit for juice for a long time.
