Enjoying an excellent tropical juice

in Amazing Drinkslast year

Hello, friends. It's been a few weeks since I've been able to post more. The truth is that I've been a bit absent due to some little problems external to me.

Lately, I used to spend my time experimenting with drinks containing alcohol, but today I decided to change. This time I decided to prepare something different, a tropical juice that I'm sure you will love.

Ingredients:

  • 2 small plantains (about 120 grams).
  • 1 carambola (about 100 grams)
  • 1 pineapple slice (about 100 grams)
  • 1/2 cup sugar (about 100 grams)
  • 750 ml of water
  • Ice cubes

As you can see, the amount of fruit is quite balanced. The intention is to balance the flavors.

First of all, I washed the carambola well, as it would be the only fruit I would not peel. I cut it into small pieces and added it to the blender container to make it easier. Then I added the peeled bananas and the pineapple slice in pieces. Next, I added the sugar and finally, the water.

I turned the blender on for about 25 seconds. I calculated that this would be enough time to blend the ingredients in their entirety.

Then, I strained the obtained product to eliminate the carambola and pineapple residues. In the end, I obtained approximately one liter of this delicious tropical juice.

To serve it, I only needed a few ice cubes in a glass, and then I added the juice. For a touch of elegance, I garnished my glass with a small piece of pineapple.

It was time to taste this marvel. I knew I would get something good, as these fruits individually offer exquisite flavors. And let me tell you, it exceeded all my expectations. The taste was delicious, I could not describe it accurately, as there was no one flavor that stood out individually. A real delight. But not only that, as you can appreciate, this delicious juice is very eye-catching; offering a distinctive and striking hue in the glass.

I couldn't be more pleased with the result. This tropical juice has been a revelation and a perfect option to refresh us on those hot days. So I encourage you to give it a try, you won't regret it. Enjoy it.
