Everyone, good to see you all today i,m going to make Turmeric tea..Turmeric tea is very healthy. I,m making Turmeric tea with lemon and ginger, Also add coconut oil. So this drink totally a weight loss drink.Now i,m described how i,m prepare Turmeric tea.
2.Lemon -1
3.Ginger piece
4.Black pepper
5.Extra virgin coconut oil -1 tablespoon.
I,m going to take all ingredients. To make Turmeric tea im take 1 small piece of Turmeric, 1 small piece of ginger and -17 black pepper,coconut oil and 1 lemon.
Take all ingredients in a tray and keep all ingredients together.
Now chop Turmeric, ginger and lemon into small pieces. Again keep all ingredients in a tray with coconut oil and black pepper.
Now take hand blender and keep all Black pepper. Then make black pepper powder.
Now start the processing of making Turmeric tea. Take a pan in our traditional stove clay stove. First give one glass of water, when water was boiled i,m going to give chop Turmeric, then give chop ginger and chop lemon into the pan.
Boiled all ingredients sometime. Then last i,m give black pepper powder into the pan. 2 minutes boiled it. Then keep it from stove.
We are drink tea in glass. So i,m take a glass and Strain through a tea strainer. After doing that i,m going to give 1 tablespoon of coconut oil into the Turmeric tea.
Last decorated it with in a piece of Turmeric and one chop lemon. Keep it ina tray and serve it.
Turmeric tea was good for health. I know the taste was different and sour . but very healthy tea. Try it at home if you tea lover.
