Greetings to the amazing drink community, are you having a wonderful day, i am bringing to you all a mojito inspired creamy coconut drink which i had seen on pinterest, i created an interation of the coconut mojito drink, making it rather fizzy with my choice of ingredients... i hope you like it as you read below.

Ingredients for recipe
1 teacup full lemon juice (165 ml)
half tea cup chapman juice
165 ml can of coconut milk
3 caps of vodka
half table spoon sugar

i start of with measuring out my lemon drink full in a tea cup

i also measure my chapman drink along with pouring out the entire content of a 165 ml can into a tea cup which filled it to the brim .

To begin mixing ,i pour in the half teacup full chapman drink into my wine glass, next i mix in the coconut milk into the glass

in my next step i proceed to add in the lemon drink into the mixture.

to bring the mojito drink to life i went ahead to mix in 3 cap full of vodka, today i had gone extra with the vodka more that i usually would use for my drinks, because i wanted the extra spike of alcohol with this mojito, i als went in with half table spoon of sugar for sweetness.

one of the main traits of mojito origin is the mint combination added, as i had not minty leaves, i decided to add a mint sweet, since i was also going for a sweet taste.

This is the final result of my drink, the aesthetisim of the drink is no joke as it resulted in a peachy pink colour which looked so good to the eye, the tase was even better, but i would say on the stringer side because of the alcohol content, still i felt like the mixture of ingredients complimented nicely, trying creaminess with alcohol, would always be a go to as i have showed you before. what is your go-to mojito drink ingredeints, would your try this recipe, lets know in the comments.
