Today I am making sour chicken. I will take photos of the steps for you.
We fry the chicken in oil first.
We set aside the fried chicken.
پ We chop the yazo into large pieces and coarsely grate it. For this delicious dish, I have already cleaned and chopped some vegetables for this dish and stored them in the freezer. But what vegetables are included? Leeks, parsley, spring onions, coriander, garlic leaves, fennel, mustard, pomegranate, cilantro, spinach, walnuts, and pomegranate paste and pomegranate seeds that I have dried in advance, I mix them thoroughly with olive oil in a food processor and then package them.
I fry the finely chopped onions in hot oil, like in the photo above.
I add the vegetables to it. And I fry it again. At this point, the smell of all these delicious combinations of vegetables makes the atmosphere crazy. I wish I could share this aroma and smell with you. I promise you will all be hungry. After that, we add a few pieces of ice to release the oil from the walnuts and make the taste of the food more pleasant.
We repeat this several times, and finally we allow the broth to reduce and, so to speak, your stew to thicken and become like the final appearance.
This delicious stew can be served with both rice and bread.
