Life is delicious in the province guys, All you want fresh vegetables can be found here, If you are plant hard vegetables, you will definitely get something, If you don't have a dish, just go to your yard and pick fresh vegetables, you can eat healthy food, From here you can enjoy the fresh Air, a quiet place and far from the trouble.
Today my child and I didn't have a dish and I saw my mother's Malabar Spinach (alugbate )and I thought that this is the only dish we will eat, it would be delicious if there were mung beans and sardines, your dish would be solved.
I ask my mother to cut her Malabar Spinach and she said wait I'll take it for a moment my mother get a scissor to cut the Malabar Spinach.
and my cute baby sofia took a picture first hahaha before my mother cut her Malabar Spinach in Filipino Alugbate. That's why my baby girl is all posing.
I love you nak while you are still a baby, I will train you to eat healthy food for your healthy body. So that when you grow up, you will get used to eating vegetables.
Because some kids these days don't eat vegetables, they only know how to eat frozen food. It's okay to eat frozen food, but it shouldn't be every day.
And when mom got Malabar Spinach (alugbate) and brought it to our house and
I told my brother to follow me to go my brother's pumpkin plantation and he also came with me that we were passing by my uncle's corn plantation and it was ready to be harvested
But because it had been raining for a few days and they hadn't harvested it yet because the rain might just ruin it.
We were going to go there but we couldn't pass because there were fallen bamboo trees
so I told my brother to go back first and when we got home we saw a vegetable that we call (Kolitis) I don't know what is the English of this 😁😁
This is it guys ohh it has small thorns first remove the thorns before cooking it can also be used in fish it is also delicious
we were just going home and we passed the tree of Jackfruit and my brother climbed it and it was just going to be eaten he said maybe there was something ripe so he climbed it but it wasn't ripe hahaha so he was going down. and we went home.
