E que tal um bolinho de limão de sobremesa para o jantar? 🍋

Ingredientes:

• 4 ovos
• 80g xilitol
• 150g manteiga
• 250g farinha de amêndoa
• 2 colheres de fermento em pó
• 1 limão

Preparação:

Bater as claras em castelo e reservar.
Às gemas juntar a raspa de um limão, o xilitol e bater bem.
Acrescentar o sumo do limão, a manteiga derretida e voltar a misturar os ingredientes.
Com uma espátula agora, acrescentamos os restantes ingredientes, a farinha de amêndoa e o fermento até ficar uma massa homogénea.
Por fim juntar as claras, envolvê-las bem e colocar o preparado numa forma previamente untada.
Forno a 180 graus por aproximadamente 30 a 40 minutos.

• 4 eggs
• 80g xylitol
• 150g butter
• 250g almond flour
• 2 spoons of baking powder
• 1 lemon

Preparation:

Beat the egg whites and set aside.
To the egg yolks add the zest of a lemon, the xylitol and to beat well.
Add the lemon juice, the melted butter and mix the ingredients again.
With a spatula now, we add the remaining ingredients, almond flour and yeast until smooth.
Finally add the egg whites, wrap them well and place the preparation in a previously greased form.
Oven at 180 degrees for about 30 to 40 minutes.
