Personally, I am a vegetarian of 2 years.
The first 43 years I ate mindlessly, ate meat and took my nutrition based on what I was taught.
Since going vegetarian, I have never felt better.
Better gut health, more energy and have had better results in the gym.
Glad I switched.
P.S - The first 3 months the gut microbes have to switch over so there is a period of change that everyone experiences.
