Ingredients
Crust:
🧈 2 sticks of unsalted butter (melted)
🍚 2 and 1/4 cups of flour
🍬 1/2 cup of sugar
🧂 1/4 teaspoon salt
🍦 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Filling:
🍬 1 and 1/2 cups sugar
🍚 1/4 cup flour
🥚 6 eggs
🍋 1 cup fresh lemon juice
🍋 1 tablespoon lemon zest
🍥 Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Instructions
1- Prepare the Crust:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Gradually add in the flour and continue mixing until a dough forms.
Press the dough evenly into the prepared baking pan.

2- Make the Filling:
