I can only do three to chin. Can’t touch chest yet. I’m training by altering my legs to spot myself. Also training / cheating by use a low bar and doing pull-ups to chest from a squat position on the low bar.
“Training” is hard. Public spot has the bar. Shit bags, borderline disorder psychopath jogger, and negligent dog walkers compete for the spot.

Al comprar el impulso con los 1500 puntos, Ecency te da una delegación de al rededor de 200 HP por 7 días. Ya queda de tu parte utilizar ese HP para obtener buenas recompensas de curación y así aumentar tu propio HP.
Depende de quién te la envíe y en qué términos te la envió. Por ejemplo, las delegaciones de Ecency duran el tiempo por el que las hayas comprado. Puedes comprar por 7 días y por 30 días, no sé si se pueden comprar por más tiempo.
Hay otros programas acá que, si cumples ciertas condiciones, también otorgan delegaciones, por ejemplo: @apis.hive, y esa delegación puede durar mucho tiempo, siempre y cuando sigas cumpliendo con las condiciones.
Y hay otra forma de obtener delegaciones, con la opción de "lease" en Hive-Engine, que durará por el tiempo que hayas escogido al solicitarla. Por ejemplo, en esa imagen se ve que recibí una delegación de 500 HP. Esa fue con esta opción de Hive-Engine y durará por 4 semanas.
