My country is getting more and more chaotic. Unemployment is everywhere, electricity often goes out, and here we have a hard time finding gas. That's why you might notice that I rarely cook anymore. Or if I do cook, it's simple daily food.
Because I ran out of gas, this time I'm going to cook using a rice cooker. The electricity is still on and at least I can still buy electricity online.
I'm going to share with you a potato egg soup menu that is easy to make but it really helps to fill you up, especially for people who are in college who usually cook with a rice cooker. Or this recipe is perfect for those of you who run out of gas.
