I need more vegetables in my life and so I decide to cook this yummi and nutritive vegetables soup.
I brought some long beans, potatoes , carrots ,peppers an onion and peas.
Obviously it's not a shirt preparation it deserve some time but it's surely really good and healthy.
First you must prepare all the vegetables,cleaning the long beans and cut the ending part, clean the potatoes and cut the peel than cut it in little cubes, cut the peel of the carrots and cut it too in little cubes, cut the pepper in slices and the onion too, obviously clean well all the vegetables before you prepare them.
Than prepare a bowl full of water and let it boil in low flame, add to it four spoon of salt, one of cinnamon, a slice of garlic and a spoon of paprika, a spoon of black pepper and two slices of onion and one of pepper.
Boil it for ten minutes than add all the other vegetables, mix them well and often for almost one hour.
When the soup it's ready add to it a spoon of Extra virgin oil and the result will be really delicious!!!🍲
