Ghiya-Dal (Gram & Bottle Gourd)
Well yes with the most common and minimum ingredients it is really easy to make a tasty dish. The health benefits of both the ingredients are insane, Gram is know as an immunity booster and metabolism booster and on the other hand Bottle Gourd is amazing at taste and rich in nutrients. So without further a due let us begin.
Ingredients:
- Bottle Gourd - Diced.
- Water Soaked Gram - 1 cup.
- Salt to taste.
- 1 tbsp of Turmeric powder.
- 2 tbsp of Red Chilli powder.
