Hey everyone,

Let’s talk about a delicious Filipino breakfast combo that’s perfect for a simple yet satisfying morning. Today, I had a plate of fried fish and ginisang ampalaya (stir-fried bitter melon), accompanied by a steaming cup of coffee.

The fried fish was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The ginisang ampalaya had a unique balance of bitter and sweet flavors, thanks to the addition of eggs, onions, and possibly tomatoes. Together, they created a hearty and flavorful meal that was both comforting and delicious.
