TuSa-H es un trailer tipo comida rápida dedicado a la venta de comida árabe, está ubicado en la avenida Cancamure de la ciudad de Cumaná-Venezuela 🇻🇪, este trailer es bastante famoso por el sabor de su comida y sus precios, ya había probado sus sandwiches de falafel pero está vez fui porque recomendaron probar sus shawarmas, así que al llegar al lugar pedí el menú y ubique en las opciones un shawarma mixto, además de croquetas de falafel con garbanzos y un sándwich de falafel para compartir con mi familia.
TuSa-H is a fast food type trailer dedicated to the sale of Arabic food, it is located on Cancamure avenue in the city of Cumaná-Venezuela 🇻🇪, this trailer is quite famous for the taste of their food and their prices, I had already tried their falafel sandwiches but this time I went because they recommended trying their shawarmas, so when I got to the place I asked for the menu and found in the options a mixed shawarma, plus falafel croquettes with chickpeas and a falafel sandwich plus drinks to share with my family.
Luego de hacer el pedido esperamos en un mesa y en unos minutos llegó la comida, la cual debo decir que se veía espectacular, primero trajeron unas salsas de pimentón y ajo para acompañar la comida.
Luego llegó el shawarma que era mixto con carne de res, pollo y cerdo, adicional tenía croquetas de falafel y vegetales frescos como tomate, cebollín, lechuga y pepinillos, su aderezo era una salsa exquisita de garbanzos que le daba el toque perfecto para hacerlo una explosión de sabores y texturas al paladar.
After placing the order we waited at a table and in a few minutes the food arrived, which I must say looked spectacular, first they brought some paprika and garlic sauces to accompany the food. Then came the shawarma which was mixed with beef, chicken and pork, it also had falafel croquettes and fresh vegetables such as tomato, chives, lettuce and pickles, its dressing was an exquisite chickpea sauce that gave the perfect touch to make it an explosion of flavors and textures to the palate. </div>
Luego trajeron las croquetas de falafel que estaban pequeñas pero divinas, eran crocantes por fuera y suaves por dentro con un sabor espectacular, en cuanto al sandwich de falafel también estuvo delicioso con vegetales frescos más las croquetas y una salsa diferente como combinando ajo y garbanzos que estaba muy buena, devoramos todo en la mesa, sin duda estaba muy rico y lo mejor quedamos muy satisfechos.
Then they brought the falafel croquettes which were small but divine, they were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside with a spectacular flavor, as for the falafel sandwich it was also delicious with fresh vegetables plus the croquettes and a different sauce combining garlic and chickpeas that was very good, we devoured everything at the table, no doubt it was very tasty and the best thing was that we were very satisfied.
Disfrutamos mucho esta cena, sin duda fue una gran elección ir por la recomendación del shawarma y además acompañarlo con las croquetas de falafel, la comida estuvo deliciosa así que si estás en Cumaná no dudes en ir a TuSa-H a probar las maravillas de su menú! We really enjoyed this dinner, without a doubt it was a great choice to go for the shawarma recommendation and also accompany it with the falafel croquettes, the food was delicious so if you are in Cumaná don't hesitate to go to TuSa-H to try the wonders of their menu!
