It's interesting to see that almost all the dishes that you mentioned are similar to Hungarian cuisine! Eating carp on Christmas Eve is a tradition in my family, but unfortunately, we had to eat a different fish yesterday as there were no carp here 😃

And those "kluski z makiem" are almost the same as my grandmother was preparing!
