I can barely bake decent bread with normal flour, need to practice more. It would be lovely if my break can turn as half a good looking as yours.

I've always wanted to try sourdough, but I don't bake bread very often so it would be a lot of work to keep my sourdough alive just for occasional use.

Btw, this bread bakers community is so under rated, I wish there was more content here
