But I cannot help but wonder if a smokey version of this will not be good as well? Roasting some eggplants over coals for that smokey flavour, and adding some smoked paprika to it... Might as well try it out! Thanks for sharing another wonderful recipe that I will now add to my "Things I Need to Cook" list.
