Traveling from Cebu City to the northern part of Cebu City consumes hours and it tends to make me hungry.
Everytime we travel to Cebu City or vice versa, we always make sure to stopover Northern Aire Restaurant Sogod just near Prince Hypermart Sogod Branch. It is a perfect stopover for travelers heading the northern part of Cebu. I think this is our fifth time dining in here.
NORTHERN AIRE RESTAURANT : SOGOD, NORTHERN CEBU, PHILIPPINES
We parked our car just near the front part of Northern Aire Restaurant while we stopped over to grab some late lunch.
They offer a variety of foods here and mostly Filipino favorites. What we love most about Northern Aire Restaurant is that they always serve hot soup - either fish soup, pork bones soup or cow soup, which is really refreshing to sip when you get dizzy after a long day of travel.

The foods they offered are Filipino foods and they also had a lot of soup available like : pork bones soup, fish soup and cow broth which I forgot to take photos of.
Here are the foods we ordered for our late lunch.
Look at that view. Yes, while eating here you will enjoy this view rent-free! I love being able to see the sea and enjoy the breeze.
Larang. Larang is a Cebuano fish soup dish where the sour taste is from the tomato puree used in the soup.
Free Cow Soup. Here in the Philippines, everytime we eat on smaller restaurants like this one, we can ask for some free soup. The servers will give you a bowl of free soup. We chose to ask for cow soup. I love that it is hot.
Beef Chunks. We also ordered this beef chunks which I love most since the meat is tender and the aroma of the ingredients used just matches everything.
Tortang Talong. We ordered some eggplant with egg. It was freshly cooked therefore I got one of it. It also tasted so good.
Dining here in the Northern Aire by group is no problem since they offer a lot of seats for everyone plus you will enjoy the magnificent view!
If you are traveling from Cebu City to the northern part, or vice versa, you might want to consider dropping by here at the Northern Aire. You can enjoy your meals with a view.
