Taco balls Mexican style first time in the life

Hello, community food lovers greetings This post is made for the @qurator hive chef contest. As an Indian, I used to make lots of spicy food which is close to Mexican taste so never made those things before. I have seen many Norwegians mad at that. Here in the summertime, it was lots of sales for that Mexican-ready food. Like tortillas, tacos, sauces, salsa, beans, spices.
I used to eat corn chips with salsa but never tried the way used to be prepared or eaten.
So here I made my fusion of making Mexican food.And sharing this tutorial here:

Ingredients:

5 tortillas
1 pack of taco spice mix
1/2 cup maize
1 cup taco sauce
handful coriander
1 lime
5 small sweet paprika
2 onion
1 tbsp tomato puree
1 tsp hot chili paste
4 garlic cloves
1 pack 400 grams of chicken mince.
salt for taste
2 tbsp oil
200 grams cheese
For salas

Clean and wash vegetables.

I chopped onion in a mini chopper. finely chopped onion.

Finely chop green and orange paprika.

In a skillet add chicken mince and put on heat.
When the chicken changes color add finely chopped onion.
stir well after 2 minutes add taco spice mix. stir the mixture.

Add tomato puree and hot chili paste.
add chopped paprika
Add maize.
Add salt if required
at the last squeeze 1/2 lime in.
mix it well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Remove from heat and keep aside.

Cut the tortillas into halves.
take one half and form it like a cone
and set it in a muffin pan.

Here are all the cones set in a muffin pan.
grated cheese.
ready chicken mince.
taco sauce.

In each cone spread 1 tsp taco sauce

Add 2 tsp grated cheese.

Fill sufficient mince mixture. and some coriander on top.

Add more cheese on the top.

Fold those with extra tortilla wraps inwards.

Bake them in the oven around 180 C for about 10-15 minutes. also, I made some cuttings like chips from leftover tortillas.
Meanwhile made Mexican salad Pico de gallo

1 onion
2 tomatoes
1 green hot chili
1 tbsp chopped coriander
1/2 remaining lime
1 tsp salt
1 avocado
2 tsp avocado oil
2 small cucumber for garnish
4-5 cherry tomatoes for garnish.

chop all vegetables

Mix them all
Add avocado salt and lime juice and mix well

Now our taco balls are baked take them out of the oven and arrange to serve on a platter with garnishings.

used small cucumbers and cherry tomatoes small piece of cucumber to garnish platter.
