Frying things seems to always elevate their flavors to something delightful.

Like you, when I hear or read about radishes, I'm always thinking of the root vegetable. I do eat them, but all the time raw in a salad or dipping raw slices in soft, really good butter. I tried to cook them once and didn't like them. ha
