Hello foodie lovers. How was your day? By the way the food that I'm going to share to you is something sweet. Let's sweeten your day with banana. Are you familiar with kardaba or Arabia banana? I don't know what's the local term of this in your place but ours we called it kardaba. We harvested it a week ago and exactly 8 days today it was already ripe so I decided to make a snack out from it.

This is the first I cook. Because it was easy. Just a fried banana so I can eat something while cooking the main food today.

I prepared the ripe bananas, I just peel it and remove the unnecessary parts like the bottom and top of it and also some skin slits left.

Then I slice it into medium thick parts. look how beautiful they are!

Then I cleaned the pan and put the sliced ripe bananas.

Then I put the 2nd main ingredient which is the coconut milk. I can't make coconut milk which is the real one because I don't know how to scratch and cut it into half so I just buy coconut milk sachet at the store. The quality of this coconut milk is just like the real one but this one has stronger smell of coconut.

Then I put I cup of water and followed by the white sugar. Just a little first just to observed the taste and stir it or mix it to spread the sweetness. I added it if I'm not satisfied with how sweet it is.

and this is what the final result is. It was really tasty and a perfect snack for a rainy afternoon.
I was sitting in front of my door watching the birds, the people that pass by and the big trucks that keeps on collecting gravel and stones.
It was raining but not so heavy.
That's all for today hivers and foodie lovers. I hope you like my recipe for today. See you next time.

@appreciator thank you so much for your vote❤ that means a lot to me. And it inspires me to do more blogs here.

It could be better if you used the fresh coconut milk

Oh this is nice. I think adding sago would make it more fun and its texture interesting. ☺️

Wow, I'll try next time I had some bananas. Thank you for the suggestion ❤

This is yummy but i like the fresh coconut milk because it is more creamy.

Yes teacher but it's difficult to get real coconut here in the island. I don't have tools too hehehe.

se ve muy rica!
