It is a simple snack you can make. First you have to make the dough. I would not talk about how to make the dough but I would focus on the filling.
What do you need?
1 carrot
1 potato
1/4 grated coconut
Little sugar and salt
Step 1
1. Carrot and potato
- Slice the potato and carrot in the cube shapes.
- Sautee with little garlic and onion
- add little salt and ketchup
- Take out the sauteed carrot
2. Grated Coconut
- Add 2 spoons of sugar to the grated coconut
- Mix the sugar wih the grated coconut
Step 2
Fill the dough with carrot and coconut
- Fill the dough of the donut with sauteed carrot.
- Fill another donut with grated coconut
- Let the donut for five minutes on a pan
Step 3
- Fry the donuts
- Take out the donuts when they are yellowish
The donuts are ready. This can be served with a cup of coffee. You can eat the carrot filled donut with tomato sauce. While donuts with grated coconut tastes sweet. You can enjoy them directly.
