Hay muchas opciones para realizar este tipo de Pepito, muchos acostumbran realizar mixto y agregan tanto, pollo, carne y cerdo. Así queda muchísimo mejor. Pero bueno está preparación la realice el día de ayer que es fin de semana y quería algo rápido,y como tenía era pollo, esa sería mi proteína. Tr muestro la preparación

Luego corte tanto los dos tomates y la cebolla en rodajas. Me quedaba un poco de lechuga y también agregue, está la desinfecte con suficiente vinagre.

Los dos pan canilla lo corte ambos por la mitad. Y para su relleno abrí el pan y comencé agregando tanto salsa roja, como mayonesa. Posteriormente coloque tomate, cebolla y lechuga. Agregué el pollo y las papitas con salsa.
