I love my little machine and use it most weeks. Still buy some bread for variety.

Do you make your own dough, or buy the ready mix "just add water (or milk)" kind from the supermarket?
I buy dried yeast and flour. I use a mix of white and granary flour. That's cheaper than a mix.
