Wow, that has really been cleaned up since I lived in the Portland area (30+ years ago)...
Yeah I lived in Clark County some 40+ years before leaving in 2014. It was always an industrial wasteland over there. Went there with my daughter on a return visit last year and was blown away by the changes.
Great panoramic shot. I wish someone would develop a way to display them in a more dynamic manner to better demonstrate the distances and spatial relationships between landmarks.
Yeah, panos can sometimes look a little strange. This one is 2 phone photos that I stitched together in Lightroom. It does give me the option to use spherical, cylindrical, or perspective. Most times spherical gives me the best outcome. At least to my eye. :)

I think the boycotts work to some degree. Kentuckians are already whining about their whiskey being pulled from the shelves in Canada. FAFO 65% of Kentucky voters.

The US cannot make Champagne as it has to come from that region of France.

Not really. Best I have is from another trip where I am down on the beach (off screen left in original photo) and I took a shot of the point I was walking out on from the original picture. Fishing Rock is the name of the rock feature.

The only time I don't use a mouse with my laptop is when traveling; on the plane, while sitting in the airport, etc.
Having not started on laptops with mice, I have become accustomed to the flexibility of not having one in terms of not needing a place for the mousepad, and two less things to carry around.
Habit really makes us get rid of some things in our lives.
So you're the same way as my wife hahaha... She doesn't need a mouse either.

Freshly made bread is definitely a wonderful thing to have in the house... and the scent in the house while it's baking is quite marvelous, too!
I love my little machine and use it most weeks. Still buy some bread for variety.

I buy dried yeast and flour. I use a mix of white and granary flour. That's cheaper than a mix.
