FOODlog #1341: Murtabak Popiah

Sous made a super delicious and filling supper the other day. In the Ramadan mood but since we're always working on a night shift here at the bar, we can't go for bazaar street food. So what better way than to bring the street food into our own kitchen 😀

She made this murtabak but innovated it by using popiah skin instead. It was a chicken and eggs with a curry flavor filling as you do with any other murtabak, pan fried till golden brown and served with a side of chicken curry.

It was super delicious, giving you all the nostalgic flavors and aroma of that that you'll get at a Ramadan bazaar.

Super super delicious and highly recommended for you to try this at home! 🏡👌
