I had the pleasure of dining at the iconic Ministry of Crab in KL recently, together with people from across the industry.
The place was beautifully designed and the food of the night were various crab dishes and bites. The highlight, of course, was the Sri Lankan crab.
Perfectly cooked, drenched in bold, flavorful sauces like the black pepper sauce which was my fave, and served with all the finesse this legendary brand is known for.
My fave however was a appetizer dish of Crab with wasabi that was served cold. Very very good cold appetizer that I went back for more than 2nds on that dish 😄
Was extra grateful for the invite as its been a long long time since I last had Sri Lankan mud crabs. Really thankful to God for setting this up and somehow something I've craved to eat just fell into my lap. Eternal grace that I'm forever grateful for.
Ministry of Crab lived up to every bit of its reputation. Super fresh, plump, and delicious crabs to dig into.
