Crushed cashew
gradually make dough-type consistency.
Like this.
take a spoonful of dough and pressing in hand make a round cookie shape.
This time I made some star shapes which is interesting for Christmas here I share how I did it.
Made the rounds and cut them using a star-shaped cookie cutter,
then making holes using apple core remover.
Fill the cookie center with jelly.
Set them on baking paper that layered on a baking tray.
Bake them in a preheated oven at 180 C for around 12-14 minutes.
it varies from oven to oven after 10 minutes keep an eye on them to avoid burning.
I was two minutes late and they turned a little brown.
Here are the cookies after baking.
They are nice looking, Soft, melt in the mouth, and delicious to enjoy during the festive season.
Thank you and Merry Christmas to you.
