Hi Hivers friends, happy weekend everyone, today I want to share my weekend activity experience today with activities that seem very professional, even though I am an amateur.
This Sunday my mother had an invitation to a wedding party which required her to go to the party venue which was located quite far from home, before leaving she asked me to grill the tuna fish which she had prepared in the refrigerator.
Indirectly, in this post I want to tell you about my experience of being a pretend chef today 😂. After taking the fish out of the refrigerator, I immediately seasoned these three tuna fish with very simple seasoning, namely just salt and lime juice so that the original taste didn't disappear.
After that, I now continue to burn some dried coconut shells in my backyard to make charcoal because today I want to grill them traditionally.
Some of my pet chickens also look very happy playing around next to me, they look tame because I always take good care of them.
After the charcoal was ready, I immediately took out the tuna fish that I had seasoned and put it on the grill to grill over very hot coals.
Because the charcoal from the coconut shell was very hot, not long after, I saw that the fish was starting to turn golden brown, which meant it was cooked, so I immediately turned it over so it didn't burn on one side.
So, after the tuna fish is cooked perfectly, I now continue making our family's favorite special soy sauce with a very simple recipe, all I need is 4 ingredients, namely soy sauce, red onions, tomatoes and also cayenne pepper, here is the process.
This is cayenne pepper that I have chopped.
Then I also diced the fresh tomatoes.
Then I also chopped the red onion.
Tomatoes, cayenne pepper and shallots that have been mixed evenly.
Now is the time for me to pour soy sauce into the mixture of the three types of spices above.
And the soy sauce is now ready.
This is what the grilled tuna and soy sauce sauce that I made today looks like, it looks and tastes really delicious when I taste it together with hot white rice.
After seeing the results of the cooking above, I think I am suitable to be a professional chef 😂, this is a weekend experience that I enjoyed for me this Sunday, see you in the next post.
