- Medio betabel
- Una zanahoria pequeña
- 1 manzana pequeña
- Unas hojas de espinaca
- Un limón
- Agua necesaria (opcional: hielo)

Ya que tenemos los ingredientes picados, agregar a la licuadora. Agregamos el jugo del limón y por último el agua necesaria para que se licúe todo perfectamente.
