De mi parte quiero decirle que hoy ha sido un día bastante agitado entre el trabajo, el hogar y los problemas de energía eléctrica que se han presentado estos últimos días que afectan parte de nuestras actividades cotidianas. Sin embargo deseo compartir la práctica y deliciosa comida que preparé hoy para cenar, ya que estaba bastante agotada y la idea era preparar algo fácil rápido pero que agradara a mis amada familia.
On my part I want to tell you that today has been a very hectic day between work, home and the power problems that have arisen in recent days that affect part of our daily activities. However, I want to share the practical and delicious meal I prepared today for dinner, since I was quite exhausted and the idea was to prepare something quick and easy but that would please my beloved family.
Aquí comparto con ustedes los ingredientes y el paso a paso para la preparación de una rica ensalada de atun, mayonesa casera y arepas.
Here I share with you the ingredients and the step by step for the preparation of a delicious tuna salad, homemade mayonnaise and arepas.
INGREDIENTES:
1 papá grande
4 huevos
Atún enlatado
Harina de maíz precocido
Agua
Aceite
Vinagre
Sal
Ajo
INGREDIENTS:

PASO A PASO:
STEP BY STEP:
PASO 1:
Pelamos y picamos las papas en pequeños cuadritos, colocar en una olla agregamos agua y llevamos al fuego hasta que estén blanditas, retiramos al estar listas y colocamos en un envase.
STEP 1:
Peel and chop the potatoes into small squares, place in a pot, add water and heat until they are soft, remove when ready and place in a container.
PASO 2:
Agregamos agua a una olla colocamos los tres huevos y minutos aproximadamente al pasar el tiempo retiramos quitamos la concha y picamos en pequeños trozos.

PASO 3:
Procedemos a preparar la masa para hacer las arepas, en mi caso utilicé dos tazas de harina y agregué agua hasta lograr la consistencia deseada. Realizamos bolitas con la masa del tamaño deseado y hacemos las arepas colocamos en la plancha hasta que estén totalmente listas.
STEP 3:
We proceed to prepare the dough to make the arepas, in my case I used two cups of flour and added water until the desired consistency. We make small balls with the dough of the desired size and make the arepas and place them on the griddle until they are completely ready.
PASO 4:
Destapamos el atún colocamos en un envase junto con la papa y el huevo previamente preparado, añadimos sal al gusto y mezclamos.
STEP 4:
Uncover the tuna and place in a container along with the potato and the previously prepared egg, add salt to taste and mix.
PASO 5:
Para preparar la mayonesa utilizamos un huevo colocamos en la licuadora la cual debe estar totalmente seca, iniciamos a licuar hasta que torne la mezcla de color blanco, al notar este color comenzamos añadir el aceite en pequeños chorritos o en forma de hilo, luego agregamos sal, un chorrito de vinagre y ajo previamente triturado, continuamos licuando por un minuto aproximadamente luego apagamos y colocamos en un envase de nuestra preferencia.
STEP 5:
To prepare the mayonnaise we use an egg we place in the blender which must be completely dry, we begin to blend until it turns the mixture white, when we notice this color we begin to add the oil in small trickles or in the form of thread, then add salt, a dash of vinegar and garlic previously crushed, we continue blending for about a minute then we turn off and place in a container of our preference.
PASO 6:
Al tener todo listo procedemos a servir en este caso mi esposo quiso la ensalada a parte de la arepa, mientras que las niñas prefirieron sus arepitas rellenas.
STEP 6:
Once everything is ready we proceed to serve, in this case my husband wanted the salad along with the arepa, while the girls preferred their arepitas rellenas (stuffed arepitas).
