Oh for sure. We noticed the same thing when we were in Italy. It’s a chemical stew of garbage here in the US in terms of the food. A lot of it has to do with the crazy amounts of pesticides and chemicals sprayed on the food every single day in all kinds of crazy areas and even ones we wouldn’t expect. It’s no wonder why rich people invest in both chemical companies and food companies. They win on both ends the sick fucks.

I hope we can wrest control back because this is heading to the danger zone very quickly and I don’t know how we can recover in some ways.

And don't forget big pharma when all else fails! 😤

Sheesh, it's wild to me how much my body has benefited from the simple act of eating non-stepped on foods! I have health issues that I've looked everywhere for an answer to, now they are improved... only difference? Location and real food. Magic.

I hope we can take back control of it all too, my heart hurts for all the kids growing up with this as "normal"!

Yeah we are going through a number of issues ourselves related to this stuff, it sucks! My wife has a bunch of food related issues that we are getting better on, but the garbage in the food doesn't help!

One of the other critical parts to this whole piece too - I'm wondering if you are getting more direct sunlight exposure where you are now compared to when you were here in the US? I've been listening to some brilliant people talk about how important that is for our health. Jack Kruse is really on this topic, although he can be a little brutal to listen to but his information is really powerful.

Gosh yes, my son was born with a milk sensitivity and that was my intro into how much sneaky stuff goes into our food! It was maddening to me that I could not even eat most breads or canned goods because somehow they had milk in them (I was nursing)!

And you might be on to something with the sunlight there. I'm from Ohio and it's cloudy half the time, lots of rainy days and diluted rays. I'll have to look up Jack Kruse, I've certainly been noticing that people from countries where walking and sitting outdoors is the norm are far healthier!
