KBS is one of my all time favorites for sure. CBS is the holy grail of you can get you hands on it. That’s KBS aged in maple barrels! Even better is finding older versions of CBS that were aged In Canadian maple barrels. Those bottle have a Canadian mountie riding a horse in the label. Bottle aged in us maple barrel just have the horse.

        Good to know, I will have to keep an eye out for that. It definitely sounds interesting. As long as the maple isn't too overpowering I should be good!
