Hello food lover, how are you all doing today it's a new week to start a great and happy day. They is nothing like eating an healthy meal, relax and celebrate a new week , so guys i will be sharing this amazing recipe very easy to prepare and tastes really good.
Ingredients
2 medium cup of rice
1 party jollof tomatoes mix
1 medium size of onion
1 jollof rice seasoning powder
1 teaspoon of salt and dry pepper
1 curry masala
5kg of chicken
2 theme leaf
1 chicken powder
1 medium plate of boiled tomatoes
1 sachets of groundnuts oil
Water
Step 1
Wash your rice 3 times and place aside, bring out a pot and place on top of your cooking gas
Step 2
Add your oil inside your plain pot allow it heat for some second before adding your boiled tomatoes, onion and party jollof tomatoes mix .
Step 3
Go in with your seasoning ingredients then stir fry for some minutes,
Step 4
Pour your washed rice inside and water, then cover to cook .
Step 5
Wash your chicken, pour it inside a pot season it with onions, salt , dry pepper and little cube Maggi, then place on the gas to cook.
Step 5
Bring out a frying pan and place on the gas , add oil to the pan and pour your cook chicken inside to fry a little.
Then i sauced my fry chicken with some garnish spice pepper
