Good day and welcome again to my blog! Today I will show you the steps on how to cook pancit with cabbage. Pancit is a delicious Filipino food here in the Philippines. Many people choose pancit as there favorite Filipino food, aside from the deliciousness of pancit there are many nutrients we get from eating pancit.
But first I will introduce my own cooking strategy of pancit with cabbage. If I Cook pancit I sure that there is a love because if it's have a love when your cooking it's helps our pancit delicious. So everytime I cook any kind of food it's need to smile always and be positive always. And trusting my self is not missing when I,m cooking.
So now I will talk about the ingredients of pancit with cabbage, the main ingredients is cabbage and of course pancit,okra, eggplant and chili and the seasoning I used is ajinamoto,salt, soy sauce and I used palm oil. Then now I will start in teaching you how to cook it, so first all the vegetables included in cooking are already sliced like cabbage and any others. Then second you need to put oil in the pan then put a garlic and onion in the oil . After that put pancit in pan, make sure that your pancit is already wash, then after few minutes put the cabbage then saute it.
After 5 minutes if you seen that the cabbage and pancit are smooth so put the seasoning like ajinamoto and salt. Then taste it if it taste good then continue mixing them. If the pancit with cabbage is already cook then put it in the plate and it's good partner of hot rice.
There are many nutrients we get from eating pancit like protein, carbohydrates, antioxidants and carbons and minerals and there many nutrients we can get from vegetables like vitamen E , but aside from that we can use or we can eat vegetables as our hapit everyday because vegetables have a good impact in our body like it improves our muscle to be more strong than ever and it's have a big impact to our skin.
Vegetables can make our skin healthier and smooth so if we cooking pancit we need to include Ang kinds of vegetables like squash, string beans, eggplant, radish, carrots and also the very good partner of pancit is cabbage so if I Cook pancit cabbage is not missing.. But don't eat pancit in your daily life because eating too much pancit have many disadvantages. The disadvantages of eating too much of pancit is we can get cholesterol and hypertension. So don't eat too much of pancit if you want to live longer in this world.
You know what are the best way to make more happy and enjoyable eating? Just call your friends and your family and then eating together. Because when you sorround yourself a positive people it makes you feel better and it make you feel free. Happy eating can make your stress eliminate. And don't forget to love your family and friends like how you love your cooking. And I suggest if you love cooking ,do it and do everything can make you happy. Don't hear other people bad judgements, as long as you don't stepping other people and you don't hurt other people's feelings.
