Last few weeks I was away due to some reason and couldn't participated in Creative Sunday but this week I am back with my new creation - Chocolate Oat Smoothie with Apple and Banana. Its a very quick, tasty and nutritious recipe.
I prepared this Smoothie for the breakfast today and trust me this turned out nice and everyone in my family liked it.
As I mentioned its very easy and quick recipe and can be prepared in just 10 minutes.
So lets get started with the ingredients.
INGREDIENTS
✔ White Oats - 50 gm
✔ Apple - 1 No.
✔ Bananas - 2 Nos.
✔ Milk - 300 ml
✔ Chocolate Syrup - As per the taste
✔ Chia Seeds - For Garnishing
PROCESS
First dry roast the oats until turn light brown and keep aside.
By the time roasted oats are coming on room temperature peel the and chop the apple and bananas into small pieces.
Now add everything - roasted oats, chopped apples & bananas, milk and chocolate syrup in a blender jar one by one and blend together.
Our Smoothie is ready. Now decorate a glass with the chocolate syrup and pour the smoothie in the glass.
Now garnish the smoothie with some chopped banana pieces and sprinkle chia seeds on top.
