Cuando se acerca alguna celebración y dependiendo también del tipo de celebración, el brownie siempre es una opción acertada para compartir. Cuándo se acercaba la cena de fin de año, pensaba en postres para compartir en familia durante la cena y al día siguiente, que suele ser un día muy tranquilo, de ver películas y estar en casa descansando luego de las celebraciones. Entre tantas opciones de postres, automáticamente pensé en preparar un brownie.
When a celebration is approaching and depending on the type of celebration, brownies are always a good option to share. When the New Year's Eve dinner was approaching, I was thinking about desserts to share with the family during dinner and the next day, which is usually a very quiet day, watching movies and resting at home after the celebrations. Among so many dessert options, I automatically thought of preparing a brownie.
En casa todos somos amantes del chocolate y el brownie es uno de los mejores exponentes del chocolate. En casa también nos gustan las nueces y el brownie con nueces es lo mejor. Creo que no la tenía muy difícil al buscar un postre para compartir en familia. También el hacer brownie tenía un propósito oculto jajaja y es que tengo en mente dar unos talleres para que las personas emprendan el día del amor y la amistad, y los brownies son perfectos para regalar ese día.
At home we are all chocolate lovers and brownie is one of the best exponents of chocolate. At home we also like nuts and brownie with nuts is the best. I think I didn't have a hard time looking for a dessert to share with the family. Also making brownie had a hidden purpose hahaha and is that I have in mind to give some workshops for people to undertake the day of love and friendship, and brownies are perfect to give away that day.
Siempre antes de dar un taller, me gusta practicar 2 o 3 veces una receta para calentar y así poder ofrecer lo mejor. También durante esas prácticas cambió marcas y calidad de ingredientes para así poder dar tips y formas de resolver cuándo las cosas no salen tan bien. Aproveché la celebración de fin de año y que sé que a mi familia le iba a gustar y practiqué para lo que ando planificando. Tampoco voy a negarlo, me encanta preparar postres y luego tomarle fotos. Todavía no se cuál parte disfruto más.
Always before giving a workshop, I like to practice 2 or 3 times a recipe to warm it up so I can offer the best. Also during these practices I change brands and quality of ingredients so I can give tips and ways to solve when things don't go so well. I took advantage of the end of the year celebration and that I know my family was going to like it and I practiced for what I am planning. I'm not going to deny it either, I love making desserts and then taking pictures of them. I still don't know which part I enjoy the most.
Otra de las cosas de un brownie es que con helado, siempre es mejor. Uno de mis hermanos compró helado y pudimos disfrutar de un buen brownie con helado el 31 de diciembre y el 1 de enero. Yo siempre digo que con helado todo es mejor y si se trata de brownie, mejor todavía. Combinar texturas y temperaturas en postres, mejora la experiencia y, al final, de eso se trata: que tu experiencia al comer sea lo más placentera posible.
Another thing about a brownie is that with ice cream, it's always better. One of my brothers bought ice cream and we were able to enjoy a good brownie with ice cream on December 31 and January 1. I always say that with ice cream everything is better and if it is brownie, even better. Combining textures and temperatures in desserts enhances the experience and, in the end, that's what it's all about: that your eating experience is as pleasant as possible.
