Hola a todos, espero que se encuentren genial, la comida rápida siempre será ese gusto de un fin de semana o alguna cena, yo he dejado un poco de comer lo que tenga que ver con hamburguesas y todo tipo de comida callejera, pero dije bueno voy a comprarme dos perros calientes que puede pasar no estoy comiendo a altas horas de la noche voy a darme un gusto, esto es un puesto que esta saliendo mi vereda, y cada vez que paso el olor de los ingredientes es muy pronunciado, hasta que me decidí comprar, ellos me dijeron que tenían un combo de dos perros calientes y un refresco por 3.50$ lo cual esta accesible, yo pensé que el perro caliente no me iba a llenar, y cuando me lo entregaron no sabia por donde comenzar, estuve hablando con el dueño y casualmente hace algunos años vendía paquetes de salchichas y tuve la oportunidad de comprarle, estábamos hablando de la calidad de los productos y el me dijo que ese es el secreto, el usa marcas de calidad, no imagine que aparte de las salsas que le coloco a los perros calientes adicional agregaría queso cheddar, guasacaca al estilo venezolano esta hecha de ajo, cebolla, cilantro, vinagre, mayonesa, pimentón verde, arriba le coloco queso amarillo, me gustan demasiado cuando el perro caliente lleva alto queso, y su respectivo refresco o gaseosa como se le dice en otro lugar, el cartel con los menú que ofrecen no tienen precio es de imaginarse por la variación del $, también me dijo que las hamburguesas la comenzara a hacer de pollo crispy le di unas ideas diciéndole que últimamente veo videos de como hacen la mermelada de tocineta que lo podría implementar me dijo que brillante idea no sabia de algo así lo voy a aplicar, volvería a comer allí además tenia sus guantes que es importante a la hora de manipular la comida, espero que les haya gustado mi relato, nos vemos en una próxima publicación.
