Hello, my dear foodie friends! I hope you all are doing well and staying healthy. Today, I'm sharing a flavorful recipe with you that is delicious to eat. It's called "Bathua Ki Kachori." Let's find out how to make it. To prepare this, I need the following ingredients:
Ingredients:
- Bathua - 300 grams
- Wheat flour (gehu atta) - 500 grams
- Cumin seeds (jeera) - 1/2 teaspoon
- Ginger pieces (adarak ke tukde) - 2 small
- Green chilies (Hari mirch) - 2
- Asafoetida (hing)
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying kachori
Instructions:
- Firstly, clean and separate the roots of bathua. Cut them into two pieces, then cut them separately. Boil them in a cooker until they are tender.
- Let it cool, and after cooling, make a paste. Add cumin seeds, ginger, green chilies, and asafoetida to the paste and grind. Prepare a pesto and set it aside.
- Now, take a bowl, add wheat flour, and mix it with 2 teaspoons of oil. Slowly add the bathua paste and knead the dough well.
- Take a pan, heat oil, and make small balls of the dough. Flatten them with a rolling pin, and fry them in the heated oil until they turn golden brown.
- Your crispy Bathua Ki Kachori is ready! Serve it with potato curry or dal.
