INGREDIENTS:
1 coconut
2 tsp of Sugar
1 tsp of vegetable oil
Vegetable chooper/ knife/ grater
PROCEDURE:
Alway ensure the your hands are properly washed and every untensil you will be using are neat.
STEP 1:
Wash the coconut thoroughly and break it. You can turn it over a cup to get the water from it. Coconut water is nutrient packed.
After that remove the coconut shell.
STEP 2 :
Use a vegetable chopper or grater to slice it. It should be very thin so it can come out crunchy.
STEP 3 :
Add 2tsp of granulated sugar or as much as you desire. I dont like too much sugar thats why I'm using 2tsp of sugar. Mix it thoroughly
STEP 4 :
Heat up the pan or pot, pour 1tsp of vegetable oil and then spread it to coat the pan. When its hot, add in the coconut.
STEP 5:
Stir consistently on medium heat until it starts to bring out its own oil and aroma. Stir fry till its crunchy.
Coconut flakes is set for you to snack on😋
Leave it to dry before you store it into an airtight container.
