En ocasiones de tanto pensar qué hacer; nos complicamos la vida, definitivamente en lo sencillo está la esencia de la vida. El día de la mujer comenzó con la idea de comer una suculenta parrilla. Teníamos pensado ir al restaurant familiar, es un sitio donde hemos celebrados nuestros logros, cumpleaños y también algunos encuentros con amigos.

Mi yerno llegó a casa con pollo, carne de ganso, pimentones y cebollas. Con la idea de salir en la noche a seguir celebrando.
Todo estuvo sencillo, cortó la cebolla y el pimentón en un tazón colocó la carne con salsa de soya, sal, y algunas especies. Llegó el momento de calentar el sartén y colocó la cebolla y el pimentón luego añadió las carnes. También colocó un toquecito de wiski, eso se veía muy bueno al terminar pude verificar que se veía bueno y su sabor estaba fenomenal.
Esto solo era el comienzo de la celebración del día de la mujer. Espero que se animen a realizar esta parrilla sencilla. La acompañamos con unas papitas fritas que nunca pueden faltar en el menú de una deliciosa parrilla.

Sometimes we think so much about what to do; we complicate our lives, but the essence of life is definitely in the simple things. Women's day started with the idea of eating a succulent barbecue. We had planned to go to the family restaurant, a place where we have celebrated our achievements, birthdays and also some meetings with friends.
My son-in-law came home with chicken, goose meat, bell peppers and onions. With the idea of going out in the evening to continue celebrating.
Everything was simple, he cut the onions and bell peppers in a bowl and put the meat with soy sauce, salt, and some spices. It was time to heat the frying pan and put the onion and paprika, then added the meats. He also added a touch of whiskey, that looked very good, when he finished I could verify that it looked good and its flavor was phenomenal.
