Hello everyone, today I greet the holiday with my family's lunch. This meal is Italian food. Since it's a holiday, everyone gets to have lunch together. So, my mom cooked this meal. I haven't eaten Italian food for many days because I only make Thai food. Whenever I feel like eating something, I'll cook it myself. And this meal is all my mom's cooking. Let's see what's in it.
Let's start with Crispy bread with the aroma of butter and olive oil, which is often served as an appetizer for many people. For this meal, my mom cut the bread and baked it in the oven. The aroma filled the whole kitchen. My mom slowly prepared everything until she got the baked bread. I really liked it. I don't usually like to eat it, but today it was crispy and delicious.
Gnocchi alla bava is an Italian food that many people are familiar with. It may also be a favorite food for many people. Gnocchi alla bava is a potato dumpling with cheese that is oozing with cheese. Anyone who likes to eat cheese will definitely love this meal. For me, I don't really like to eat cheese because some cheeses have a strong smell. For me, Gnocchi alla bava is not my favorite dish. But I tried it. Mom put it on a plate for everyone except me. I saw some people grind black pepper or cinnamon, making it look even more delicious. The oozing cheese had a nice smell, so I couldn't help but try it. So I kept trying it.
Carne alla pizzaiol This dish is my favorite dish of the day because I usually like to eat meat. Mom knew that I don't eat much cheese, so she prepared this menu for me. But let me tell you, it's very delicious. Thinly sliced meat topped with tomato sauce and still showing the tomato pieces. The taste is delicious and well-rounded. I ate it all. And both menus, if eaten with crispy bread, will go well together. It's delicious in different ways depending on the person's preference. As for me, both are delicious.
And this is our lunch. We ate it very deliciously. It was another meal that we had with our family. Gnocchi alla bava and Carne alla pizzaiol, made by my Italian mother. The taste is very delicious. To finish with banana and sliced strawberries, topped with honey and Greek yogurt for health. Everything was smooth and perfect for this meal. I hope everyone likes my post.
