Buenas noches amigos de la comunidad de @hivefood, espero que hayan tenido un día genial. Yo por acá gracias a dios me siento bien, gozando de buena salud.

Hoy paso nuevamente por esta hermosa comunidad para compartirles mi experiencia que tuve la tarde del día miércoles de ceniza; al salir de misa ya era la una de la tarde, hora de almorzar por lo que decidí ir junto a unas amigas a un restaurante - tasca peruano llamado Inkas, varias personas me habían recomendado este sitio, sin embargo no había podido visitarlo, yo le había comentado a mis amigas de este sitio y ayer quisimos ir a conocerlo y a probar sus ricos platos.
Este restaurante queda en el centro de la ciudad, en la carrera 23 entre calles 25 y 26, esta medio escondido, me costó un poco para verlo y es un sitio pequeño, pero muy tradicional a lo que es la colonia peruana, sus sillas y mesas son en hierro forjado, el color no me gustó mucho es rosado, no es algo llamativo, es muy sencillo, tiene su estacionamiento privado al frente del local.

Al llegar fuimos atendidos inmediatamente por sus dueños, nos trajeron la carta y allí vimos todo lo que ofrecen, toda la comida es netamente peruana, sus precios de la carta son bastante económicos. Nosotros revisamos la carta queríamos comer algo como pescado por ser miércoles de ceniza, sin embargo decidimos ordenar un plato que tiene por nombre bandeja mixta que alcanza para tres comensales, esta trae: Aros de calamares, tiras de pescado a la broaster, ceviche, pollo a la boroaster, papas a la huancaina y papas fritas, guasacaca peruana y el famoso picante rojo, esta bandeja tiene de obsequio un refresco de litro y medio.

Les cuento que las tres quedamos encantada con esta bandeja, todo pero todo estaba súper crujiente, fresco y recién hecho y libre de grasas, quedamos súper full, es bastante lo que trae la bandeja, quedamos con ganas de volver muy pronto, para seguir probando otro de sus platos, a mí me encanta la comida peruana es una de mis favoritas. Al restaurante le doy de 10/10.

Tasting Peruvian food at Inkas restaurant tasca

Today I come back to this beautiful community to share with you my experience that I had the afternoon of Ash Wednesday; after leaving mass it was already one o'clock in the afternoon, time for lunch so I decided to go with some friends to a Peruvian restaurant - tasca called Inka, several people had recommended this place, however I had not been able to visit it, I had told my friends about this place and yesterday we wanted to go to know it and try their delicious dishes.

This restaurant is in the center of the city, on Carrera 23 between streets 25 and 26, it is half hidden, it took me a little to see it and it is a small place, but very traditional to what is the Peruvian colony, its chairs and tables are in wrought iron, the color I did not like much is pink, it is not something flashy, it is very simple, it has its private parking lot in front of the premises.

Upon arrival we were immediately attended by its owners, they brought us the menu and there we saw everything they offer, all the food is purely Peruvian, their menu prices are quite economical. We reviewed the menu and wanted to eat something like fish because it was Ash Wednesday, however we decided to order a dish called mixed tray that is enough for three diners, this brings: calamari rings, fish strips broaster, ceviche, chicken broaster, huancaina potatoes and fries, Peruvian guasacaca and the famous red hot sauce, this tray comes with a free soft drink of a liter and a half.

I tell you that the three of us were delighted with this tray, everything but everything was super crispy, fresh and freshly made and free of fat, we were super full, is quite what brings the tray, we are eager to return very soon, to continue trying another of their dishes, I love Peruvian food is one of my favorites. I give the restaurant a 10/10.
