Probando pollo a la brasa en el restaurante Brassas [ESP/ENG]
Buenas noches amigos de la comunidad de @hivefood, espero que hayan tenido un excelente día al igual que yo.
Hoy paso nuevamente por esta hermosa comunidad para compartirles mi experiencia que tuve el fin de semana cuando salí de mi casa en compañía de mi familia, valga decir mi hija y mi esposo en hora de la tarde noche a pasear y a visitar algunos locales y tiendas que hacen vida en el centro comercial traki.
Después de dar ese paseo y salir de la rutina se nos hizo de noche y decidimos comer algo en la feria de comida que se encuentra dentro de las instalaciones de este centro comercial, queríamos comer algo saludable, que no fuese pizza ni hamburguesas, a pesar de que nos encanta, pero queríamos degustar algo diferente.
Visitamos varios locales que hacen vida allí y nos pareció apetecible y sano comer en un local que era la primera vez que lo visitaba llamado Brassas, aquí venden un combo que viene un pollo a la brasa con ensalada rayada de zanahoria y repollo, papas fritas y un refresco adicional por 12 dólares, un precio muy económico.
Les cuento que ellos tienen varios mesoneros para atender a los clientes, son muy decentes y atentos, nos explicaron lo que ofrecen en la carta porque no solo venden pollo, también ofrecen otros menús, sin embargo queríamos comer pollo a la brasas, además se veía apetecible y lo cierto es que estaba delicioso de chuparse los dedos, lo único es que el pollo no era muy grande, pero por ese precio estaba más que bien; el pedido fue rápido tardo como 20 minutos. En cuanto a la ensalada estaba deliciosa un poco dulce, a mí me encanta y las papas muy crujientes, así que al restaurante le doy de 10/10.
En una próxima oportunidad volvería a este restaurante, también es muy limpio cosa que es muy importante para mí.

Today I come back to this beautiful community to share with you my experience I had this weekend when I left my house with my family, my daughter and my husband in the evening to walk around and visit some stores and stores that make life in the Traki Mall.
After taking that walk and get out of the routine, it got dark and we decided to eat something at the food fair that is located within the facilities of this mall, we wanted to eat something healthy, not pizza or hamburgers, although we love it, but we wanted to taste something different.
We visited several places that make life there and we found it appetizing and healthy to eat in a place that was the first time I visited called Brassas, here they sell a combo that comes with a grilled chicken with shredded carrot and cabbage salad, fries and an additional drink for 12 dollars, a very economical price.
I tell you that they have several waiters to serve customers, they are very decent and attentive, they explained to us what they offer on the menu because they not only sell chicken, they also offer other menus, however we wanted to eat grilled chicken, it looked appetizing and the truth is that it was finger licking delicious, the only thing is that the chicken was not very big, but for that price it was more than fine; the order was fast, it took about 20 minutes. As for the salad it was delicious, a little sweet, I love it and the potatoes were very crispy, so I give the restaurant a 10/10.
Next time I would go back to this restaurant, it is also very clean which is very important to me.
